The 2016/2017 Tag

Another tag post! I love doing these, TBH. This one’s been floating around WP a lot.

I was tagged by The Book Raven (kind of, she tagged anyone reading), so make sure you check her lovely blog out. This tag was created by #TheGuyWhoAlwaysSaidNo.Without any further ado, the very late 2016/2017 tag…

  1. Mention the creator of this tag.
  2. Use the image that you find in this tag.
  3. Mention the blogger that chose you.
  4. Answer the questions.
  5. Mention 9 other bloggers/friends and let them know through a comment on their blog.

Describe your 2016 in three words.

exciting, awakening, horrifying

Write about the two people that have characterized your 2016.

My 7th grade class FOR SURE. That’s way over two people, but OH WELL, they deserve it. They’ll always hold a special place in my heart and I miss them a lot.

And I’d also like to mention my parents because they’ve been the most supportive people in the world.

Write about the most beautiful place you’ve visited in 2016 and why you liked it so much.

I loved going to Saudi Arabia for a religious obligation during spring break. It was so eye-opening and I’ll never forget the emotional, wonderful experience I had there.

Write about the most delicious food you’ve tasted in 2016.

??? I really don’t know, actually, I’ve had a lot of great food and I can’t remember anything ATM.

Write about the event which has impacted you the most in 2016.

The election. It was… the most heartbreaking and terrifying thing I’ve witnessed in a long time. But there was good that came out of it. I feel like I’ve seen so much now compared to previous years. I’m more educated or “woke” if you will. I’m more accepting of everyone. I feel like I’ve matured a lot during the election process, and it’s sad that it had to happen this way, but that’s just the way of the world. (Can you tell I’ve been listening to Sabrina Carpenter?)

Write the finest purchase you’ve made in 2016, and, if you want, link a photo.

Uh. Well, I don’t know actually. Maybe… nah. I can’t think of anything.

Write three good intentions for this 2017.

  1. Become a better person. (be kind and honest)
  2. Make friends? I guess?
  3. Keep mental health in check, especially with recent situations.

Write a place you want to visit in 2017.

Nowhere really. Maybe to see family? But we’re having a family reunion of sorts soon, so maybe not.

Write one plate/food you want to eat in 2017.

I was thinking about trying to get back into eating bananas because I hate them but they’re really good for you, so maybe I can try and break that habit? That sentence made absolutely no sense.

Okay, so I literally know NOBODY on this site that well, so I’m tagging some blogs that I read, alrighty?

Until next time,
